Kam Curon holds the position of Master of Fortesses for the Imperial Fists - it is part of his duties to divert form the 5th Company and assess Imperial Fortifications

Traveling the Imperium looking at defense structures and archiving reports on old fortifications and providing improvements for less than optimal structures, often helping to shore up lacking defenses as battle breaks
